Oct 15, 2020 · The thrive shake mix left me disoriented, dizzy and nauseous!!! My anxiety level topped out and my heart was racing 120 beats per minute! I felt awful for over 6 hours.
On to Thrive: Day 1-3: 20 minutes after taking Thrive, I felt energetic and slightly weird. Kind of like too much coffee weird without the caffeine shakes. It also gave me an elevated mood but made me feel a bit "special". Its tough to explain. Basically I equally liked and disliked the feeling. No coffee, same workout, same diet.
